Caltex Renovations is the dream of Bill Holcomb. Prior to starting Caltex, Bill worked as a project manager and superintendent in the hospitality construction industry for 17 years before going out on his own in 2012. He managed numerous multi-million-dollar renovations of prestigious properties such as the Kaanapali Beach Resort in Maui, Hilton Salt Lake City and Hilton DFW Lakes. Additionally, he oversaw the renovation of dozens of full and limited service hotels around the country. Since starting Caltex he has taken on the renovation of countless Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Choice Hotels properties.
